A brand new sparkling sake, de Ai is light and crisp with citrusy aromas. It's sophisticated and refreshing, making the perfect aperitif on a warm evening. This sake is brewed by Konishi Shuzo, who were founded in 1550 and to this day remain a family business; they are perfectly situated in Hyogo prefecture and use the soft water from the Rokko and Nagao mountains, resulting in the purest flavours.
