Made from fine Hinoki cypress wood, this spatula is lightweight, smooth, quick drying and naturally antibacterial. Its large size makes it ideal for scooping and spreading larger portions of rice whilst preventing sticking. The wooden design means it’s gentle on cookware and perfect for use with non-stick rice cooker or pans when stirring vinegar or serving.

Clean with warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher.
