This zesty and fresh Yuzu Syrup is made using traditional methods in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan, to produce a unique, fragrant syrup. Ideal for original and refreshing drinks or cocktails, flavouring sauces, vinaigrettes, salad dressings & marinades as well as adding to desserts. The yuzu adds just the right amount of tangy citrus with a sour hint that is finely balanced by the other ingredients.

Gently stir some of this yuzu syrup into club soda, tea, coffee and more, or add further ingredients to create a delicious blend.
