It’s light but intensely flavourful, making it excellent for pairing with delicately flavoured food, such as seafood or vegetables.

Kito yuzu is renowned in Japan for its deep, fragrant citrus aroma and balanced acidity, grown in the Kito region of Tokushima Prefecture. The fresh yuzu fruit is harvested at peak ripeness, ensuring a vibrant, zingy flavour.

The use of a white soy sauce base adds saltiness and umami, balancing the tartness of the yuzu and the sweetness of the tomato.
