Sourced from the renowned growing regions of Okayama and Tottori, celebrated for the quality of their Ume fruit, this juice captures the naturally sharp, aromatic profile of the plum. Traditionally very sour, the juice has been carefully sweetened to create a beautifully balanced drink where freshness and fruitiness shine without being overpowered by sugar. The result is a clean, lively flavour, gently tart with floral notes and a soft sweetness.
 
Hirooka Farm’s story is one of dedication and craftsmanship. Transforming once infertile red clay soil into productive land, they now grow exceptional seasonal fruits including figs, persimmons and rare citrus varieties.
